Austen Williams is an Executive Producer based in Atlanta. Her diverse 15+ year career in production spans across TV, social, digital, radio, print, interactive and experiential projects for a wide variety of commercial clients, brands and networks.
Austen hails from Indianapolis but started out as a news producer in Washington, DC working at CNN, C-SPAN and Bloomberg TV. Working in those fast-paced 24 hour news environments made Austen the producer that she is today - efficient, resourceful, adaptable and independent.
After spending her first few formative career years in news, Austen made the jump to advertising and moved to New York City to work at VICE creative agency, Carrot Creative (Virtue). A couple of years and many slices of pizza later, Austen decided it was time to get back to her Midwest roots and moved to Chicago, where she quickly became integrated in the Chicago agency and production scene. Fast forward to summer 2020 and Austen decided to give the South a try. Austen currently resides in Atlanta with her husband and their dog, Bilbo Waggins. Coincidently, Austen also happens to live across the street from a major film and TV production studio because life is funny that way.
Austen is an avid skier, outdoor enthusiast, world traveler (cue eye roll) and lover of dogs, wine and NY style pizza.
